Badminton - (Recreational Activities)
During this unit students will build off the rules and fundamentals learned in the previous unit, with a focus on game play and competition. Students will participate in singles and doubles games, as well as tournament play.

Strength Training/Cardiovascular Exercises - (Fitness)
During this unit students will have access to all fitness concepts, including weight training, group exercises, cardiovascular endurance, and more. Weight room workouts will include concepts of strength training and functional fitness, allowing students to build knowledge within the fitness category or learn new concepts. Students will be able to choose options within the weight room unit to meet their individual goals.
