You will be completing 3 stations during this advisory sessions (Movement, Sleep, & Stress). Each of these stations look to help you find strategies and skills for maintaining wellness throughout your life.
In this section you will learn about how your metabolism works, discover how activity level effects your metabolism, and assess your mobility.
Read up on how much sleep you actually need at every age of life. Then practice different sleep positions to see how they effect your sleep.
Examine the effects of stress and practice some relaxation techniques!
