Golf - (Team & Individual Sports)
During this unit students will learn the rules, scoring, and skills of golf. The focus will be on learning the basics of this lifelong activity, and how students can participate in it after their time in high school.
Weight Room Activities - (Fitness)
During this unit students will have access to strength training workouts and cardio options. Weight room workouts will include concepts of strength training, functional fitness, and mobility, allowing students to improve their overall fitness. Cardio options will include walking/jogging outside (weather permitting) and spin cycling in the classroom. Students will be able to choose options within the weight room unit to meet their individual goals.
