Volleyball - (Team & Individual Sports)
During this unit students will learn the rules, skills, and concepts of volleyball through team practice and competition. The focus will be on skill improvement and game understanding, while also emphasizing team concepts including communication, cooperation, and effort. Weight Room Activities - (Fitness) During this unit students will have access to all fitness concepts learned throughout the semester. Weight room workouts will include concepts of strength training and functional fitness, allowing students to build off previous work within the fitness category or learn new concepts. Students will be able to choose option within the weight room unit to meet their individual goals.
