This cycle there are 3 offerings:
Weightlifting: Students will complete workouts from any of the PLT4M & PE developed strength training programs to complete workouts in their area of focus and interest. Yoga: Students will follow the yoga program on PLT4M to develop an understanding of the practice of yoga and how it benefits their wellness. Reminder: All students need to log their workout each day! Volleyball: The volleyball unit offers an introduction to the rules, scoring, and game play of volleyball. Students will focus on skill improvement through competitive games.
